It is essential you confirm run dates to advertisers as soon as possible.

If you receive an advertisement through with an invalid email address, autoresponder email address, or an account that bounces then you reserve the right not to run the ad, or contact the advertiser so you can obtain another email address.

If you run a double opt-in publication, which requires you to get the subscriber to confirm before adding them to your list, then please note we make this aware to advertisers in their Guidelines, and again, you reserve the right to delete an ad if they do not confirm their subscription to your publication.

If subscribers remove themselves from your list before you run their advert you reserve the right to delete their advert.

If an advertiser doesn't conform to the guidelines for an ad submission then you reserve the right to cut it down to a suitable size or contact the advertiser to rework their advert.

Under no circumstances should an advertiser complain directly to a publisher if it relates to fees related to the purchasing of an ad. We ask you refer them to the site where they can submit a contact form to us.
